    The command is slrmgr.vbs /ipk
    It is not an .EXE file.

    Unlicensed servers will shut down every 60 minutes after the trial period expires. This will create event ID: 1074.
    Slmgr /rearm or Slmgr -rearm will extend the trial period by 30 days. This can be run 3 times before re-installing the OS or making registry edits.
