    Must be D. Both Allow- and Deny-Filters are enabled. We can see that Deny-Filters is empty, meaning no request will be denied. This leaves us with Allow-Filters. Probably not all MAC addresses of all requesting clients have been added there.

    Agree with answer D. If server is unauthorized then red DOWN arrow would be on the scope icon instead of green check mark. Disabling Allow filter will cause server to ignore it and there is no Deny entries, so any client will get DHCP address, not only those included in Allow filter.
