What should you do?
A.
Configure the agent to run as a user account thatis a member of the Domain Admins security group.
B.
In the Administration pane on the Operations console, create a Windows Run As Account containing a user
account that is a member of the Domain Admins security group.
Associate this Run As Account with the AD MP Account Run As Profile.
C.
in the Administration pane on the Operations Console, find the affected agent-managed computers and
enable agent proxy.
D.
Install the Active Directory Management Pack helper object on the managed computers.
The Active Directory Management Pack provides a complete Active Directory monitoring solution by:
Monitoring all aspects of Active Directory health.
Monitoring the health of vital processes that Active Directory depends on, including replication, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), DC Locator, trusts, Net Logon service, File Replication service (FRS), Intersite Messaging service, Windows Time service, and Key Distribution Center (KDC).
Monitoring service availability.
Collecting key performance data.
Providing comprehensive reports, including reports on service availability and service health and reports that can be useful for capacity planning.
By detecting and creating alerts for critical events, the Active Directory Management Pack helps to indicate, correct, and prevent possible Active Directory service outages.

The answer is actually incorrect. You only need to install it on DC’s, but if you want to put it in a template you can just copy “oomads” to the “helper object” folder of the scom agent. When a server gets promoted to DC (right away or later) SCOM will automatically install oomads when it needs too.
