    The answer is actually incorrect. You only need to install it on DC’s, but if you want to put it in a template you can just copy “oomads” to the “helper object” folder of the scom agent. When a server gets promoted to DC (right away or later) SCOM will automatically install oomads when it needs too.

    Since MS question are often not related to reality > D is correct.
