      +1 to ABE. WALinuxAgent is needed to interface several Linux components with Azure. VMs with static IPs will not work when in Azure; they ned to be DHCP enabled. and CHDX is not supported.

      Azure supports 2003+, just not from image gallery, so as these are your VMs, as long as they are 2003 or higher they will work. Also sysprep is not needed; if you sysprep your servers before uploading the VHDs then the they’ll be generalised images and will lose their config such as domain, hostname, SID etc..
