Looking at a 2012R2 DC, service name is DFSR (DFS Replication).
Answer: F -> D -> E
Perhaps A should be stop NTFRS and B should be start NTFRS??? If so that would make A, D, B valid.

The answer is correct FRS File replication services needs to stop and then edit the registry and start the service again
