  1. Will says:

To get help on the “sc config,” Start Command Prompt and Type:
    sc config

    Here’s the output:

    DESCRIPTION:
Modifies a service entry in the registry and Service Database.
    USAGE:
    sc config [service name] …

    OPTIONS:
NOTE: The option name includes the equal sign.
A space is required between the equal sign and the value.
    type=
    start=
    error=
    binPath=
    group=
    tag=
    depend=
    obj=
    DisplayName=
    password=

    Correct command line answer:
    sc config Service1 obj= “.\gservice1″ password=””

I would probably just go to Services.msc, right click the gservice1 and click Properties, then change the logon in the logon tab before resorting to the command line for this task.
