    B is correct b/c Ports from different transport media cannot be in the same fault domain.

    C is the answer in LEGACY MODE and Primary and Reserved Ports are used in legacy mode.
    I’ve got the scheme into the Dell storage SC installation and configuration training document (P 149) Legacy Mode – Dual Fabric FC (SC9000)
    B WOULD be the right answer if we are in virtual mode.
