To add an Availability Zone using the console
1. Open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.
2. On the navigation pane, under LOAD BALANCING, choose Load Balancers.
3. Select your load balancer.
4. On the Instances tab, choose Edit Availability Zones.
5. On the Add and Remove Availability Zones page, select the Availability Zone.
6. Choose Save.
