This question has burnt my head more than any. I think B and C is the best answer, although, A,B,C and D could all be correct. I asked our HP Guru and he agreed…

    a) The insight display is a fault indicator, though it doesn’t offer any information in relation to what that fault or degradation could be. If you replaced a faulty DIMM, boot the server only to see it still degraded light, it doesn’t to say it’s the same fault/DIMM.

    b) is defiantly right.

    c) *probably right

    d) Wouldn’t really need offline Insight Diags as with a G8 the Active Health system is always on diagnostics.

I could be wrong as it’s one of ‘those’ questions but I would go with B and C.
