One Comment on “What must you specify when you create a Vserver for block protocols?

  1. Turul says:

My opinion is that neither of the answers are correct, consequently it’s an unfair question. The first command to create a vserver is “vserver create”. The requires parameters of this command are:
    – vserver name
    – aggregate name
    – root volume name
    – root volume security style

In this case there is no correct answer.

The second step to configure protocol services inside the vserver. In case of block protocols the targets are automatically created, so they are not a ‘must’. Well, the target name optionally can be provided, but in case of FCP block protocol it wil be the WWNN and not WWPN. For this reason the answer “A” is not totally correct.
