    I believe this question is outdated. Currently to modify the password expiration policy in Office 365 you would go to Admin Centre>Service Settings>Passwords.

    Subscriptions (A) would be for services
    SetMsolUserPassword (B) is a Powershell command to set a users password
    Domains (D) is used manage domains

    After process of elimination C would appear to be the correct answer
