This answer is wrong in two ways, one: right clicking a printer from the Device Manager does not display Printer Properties on the right click menu. If this answer was somehow correct, the answer would be “Open Device Manager > Expand Print Queues and click Properties” blah blah blah.
Two: This isn’t helpful at all because the Device Manager doesn’t help complete the rest of the task. Only the Control Panel would lead to the correct choice. It even specifically says within the right click menu of printers in the Device Manager “GO TO THE CONTROL PANEL TO DO THIS YOU NOB”
