Just to add to TimDuncan, Hard Link Migration is where you keep all user state data and completely remove the OS to clean install a new OS which is needed in this case as you cant upgrade a 32 bit machine to a 64 bit machine. Hope this helps people!!

Answer is correct. If is only a refresh scenario (users will keep their own laptops) /nocompress need to be specified, not avoided.
