    Using Dirsync for that topology is not supported with Dirsync. Azure AD sync was the first that support this scenario.

    So the answer should be:
    1) In the account forest, install the Azure Active Directory Synchronization (AAD Sync) Tool
    2) Configure the Azure Active Directory Synchronization (AAD Sync) Tool for both forest
    3) In the resource forest run the Hybrid Configuration Wizard.
