    Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 front-end Web server should be included in answer.

    A DHCP server might be protected by fileover cluster or other techniques included in DHCP. DHCP server is not a stateless application. So, the answer C is not correct.

    According to Reference Guide 70-413, Page69 DHCP
    Load balancing enables you to divide the workload between the two servers, either splitting the load evenly or prioritizing one server over another.
    So it is a valid option.

      I dont see how DHCP being capable of load balancing means you can use NLB with it – NLB is a seperate thing to any applications own application level balancing/replication.
