    I don’t get what reciprocal replication should has to do with this scenario. Also, modifying the replInterval attribute does not help as it is just impossible to go below 15 minutes!
    The answer and explaination are wrong.
    You have to modify the options attribute to configure urgent replication. At least this is also described in the given Technet article somewhere…

      I agree with this. I think the answer would be the options value and enable change notification. Have the changes replicate immediately after something has been changed would be the best option to have the user locked out as soon as possible.
