Services, Azure, and SAP Cloud Platform.
The applications require access to the Azure Service Broker, and must be managed by the PCF Ops Manager.

There are two types of Cloud Foundry Offerings in Azure:
1: Open-source Cloud Foundry (OSS): You can deploy OSS Cloud Foundry on Azure by first deploying a BOSH director and then deploying Cloud Foundry, using the instructions provided on GitHub.

2: Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF):To run PCF on Azure, you must acquire a license from Pivotal. The PCF offer from the Azure marketplace includes a 90-day trial license.

The question states that: “The applications require access to the Azure Service Broker, and must be managed by the PCF Ops Manager.”
Since “PCF” is mentioned as a requirement in the question, the solution offered here is not meeting the requirements: “Deploy the open-source Cloud Foundry packages by setting up a BOSH director.”
