both the object and the caption into a text box. By doing this you will be able to move the object and
the caption together. Take the following steps to add a caption to a floating object:
1.Click on the Insert tab. In the Text group, click Text Box, and then click Draw Text Box.

2.Draw the Text Box over the object.

3.Click on the Format tab. Click Shape Fill, and then click No Fill in the Text Box Styles group.

4.In the Arrange group, click Text Wrapping, and then click the Text Wrapping option.
5.Click Send Behind Text in the Arrange group.

6.Select the object, and then click Cut in the Clipboard group on the Home tab.

7.Click on the Text Box, and then click Paste in the Clipboard group on the Home tab.

8.On the References tab, click the Insert Caption button in the Captions group.

9.The Caption dialog box opens. Click on label list and select the option from the list. Click the New
Label button to type a new label in the Label box, and then click the OK button.
