why 192.168.1.0/24 YES, and 172.16.1.0/24 NO?

because auto-summary is enabled, and eigrp will behave like a calssfull protocol, so only route with default mask will be shown in the routing table, class A (10.0.0.0/8) and Class B (172.16.0.0) and Class C (192.168.1.0/24)
