   A , as the 2 gateways are trying to install the key (pre-shared) and this is were the error occurs

   I think it’s D). When it mismatching pre-shared keys, it usually says that directly in the log description.

      BUT.. I just checked in UserCenter. You get two tipe of messages:

      1 – PayloadMalformed – Pre-shared key mismatch
      and
      2 – PayloadMalformed (as in the question)

      Both seem to be related to PSK problems anyway, so it is A.
