    I believe the correct answer id D. Agile teams work by self-organization. An answer where management directs or guides is probably not the correct one.

      I struggle with this question as well. Considering Lean principles to Eliminate waste, simplification and self-managed teams.
      C is a good option, assuming the team is in the early stages “Forming” were directing the team will come into action.
      D may add more activities but it may not eliminate the issue.
      B seems to be the best option considering the Team working together with Management /Customer

    from the available options, Answer B is not Appropriate as in Agile the team is self sufficent and management should guide the team is not the answer.
    SO the correct answer is D
