What is one of the benefits of a spine-leaf network topology?

A.
A loop prevention protocol is not required
B.
Automatic propagation of security policies to all nodes
C.
Allows for VXl ANs to be defined in h traditional network topology
D.
Network virtualization relies on spine leaf topologies to create logical switches

A is the right answer. But network virtualization also relies on Spine-Leaf technology

TRILL is a loop prevention protocol. Correct answer is D.

STP is no longer required, but Transparent Interconnection of Lots of Links (TRILL) is used as replacement which is another protocol for loop avoidance. Ill go with D.

I still go for the A first because TRILL primarily is a load distribution switching mechanism which is loop-free thanks to its link state nature, whereas the STP is solely a loop prevention method for the L2 switching network and is not required in L3 spine and leaf networks. And D is wrong cuz VMWare clearly says that Logical switching enables extension of a L2 segment / IP subnet anywhere in the fabric independent of the physical network design so it is not rely on any specific type of underlying network such as spine and leaf.
