    I’m pretty sure that the answer is H. The first domain controller you install will have the forest wide (You discover that the first domain controller deployed to the forest failed) FSMO roles of Domain Naming and Schema Master roles. Adforestprep and addomainprep are run to update the AD schema so if your first DC deployed to the forest failed, that means that it’s impossible to run the adforestprep or addomainprep until the schema master role is seized by another server in the forest.
