      to manage the system startups you need task manager, in windows 8 the system startups moved from msconfig to task manager, so D is in fact the right answer.

    @jasko, In Windows 8 you can only disable services in MSconfig. The starting of programs is moved to Tast Manager.
    As the question talks about the starting of a program (not a service) the correct answer is D

    Well the direct path is to use task manager, but if you use msconfig, under the startup tab MS provided a link to open up task manager…so both answers technically correct, just depends on how many steps you want to do 😀
