Links say how to change the order of the bootimages, not the order of the install images.

answer is C Modify the properties of the boot images. tested in lab. also question asks the available operating system images APPEAR in a specific order. changed boot images priority and APPEAR order changes.

My problem is I dont fucking read the entire question.
I immediately see “Computer starts from PXE” and start thinking “Oh okay so its asking about boot properties. Well, lets just skip the rest of the question now because I know the answer.
And that’s how you fail.

Guram, where you said “answer is C Modify the properties of the boot images”, isn’t this option A?
I’ve deleted my wsus server and can’t be arsed to build another but the question hinges on whether “the available operating system images” means the boot images (Win PE) or the install images. The question says “when a computer starts from PXE” and the first prompt is for the boot image so I’ll go for A “Modify the properties of the boot images”

To configure menu order for install images
Open the Windows Deployment Services MMC snap-in.
Double-click the Install Images node. You will see your image group (or image groups) appear as a sub menu item. They will also appear in the right hand side of your Windows Deployment Services MMC snap-in.
Click your desired Image Group.
Right-click your desired image within your image group from the right-hand side of your Windows Deployment Services MMC snap-in. Click Properties.
On the Image Properties dialog, in the General tab, enter in your desired priority into the Priority text box. The items that appear first on your install image menu are the ones with the lowest value.
Click OK.
When you have completed this procedure and you perform a PXE boot on a client computer, a boot or install menu with the menu order you set using priorities will appear. (if those images apply to that computer).
