    I believe the answer should be:

    Cluster Network 1: Do not allow cluster network communication on this network
    Cluster Network 2: Allow cluster network communication on this network.
    Cluster Network 3: Allow cluster network communication on this network.

      Jim,

      The answer is correct.
      The question is asking which network will be used for cluster resources communication only.
      NIC1 and NIC2 are used for cluster resources heartbeat traffic.
