I think B and C.
A – Not possible.
D – Text message – A text message is sent to a user’s mobile phone with a six-digit code. The user enters this code on the sign-in page. No SIP needed.
E – Not an option

Hi, I passed the exam successfully last week, this question i think was in the exam and correct answer is B/C/E
Why ?
even if you don’t know the solutions the answer is clear, You won’t have access to your primary SMTP address until the authentication is done and your SFB as well, so there should be a external mechanism to authenticate the user which is B/C/E
