    PSO setting is indeed for minimal password length setting and enforce password history, but the first answer area speaks about password never expires as the fourth option, which is found under User Account Properties.

        There is an error with the images in the question.

        There are actually 5 settings, or two different versions of this question

        Only Enforcing Password History and Minimum Password Length are set from a PSO. The rest are in the user account properties.
