    When you move folder you lost share permissions. If you then recreate share you get Everyone-Read share permission by default.
    When you move folder you keep NTFS permissions – so Domain Users still have Modify-NTFS permissions. Together with Everyone-Read share permission they can access HR folder (but they shouldn’t).
    Am I right?
