    Wrong. You can resize VMs in the same family to larger or smaller SKUs.

    The answer is B.
    Source: I tested it instead of putting my guess out for other people who are studying.

    Error: Virtual machine vnet-rg/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/linux01′>linux01 with a single network interface must be stop-deallocated before it can be updated to have multiple network interfaces and vice-versa.

      Every resize needs a reboot of the vm. From the portal you see the available sizes (the ones related to the vm family) if you stop the vm you have all the sizes of all the families. But when you resize the vm reboots. You can add a network interface without any downtime. The error you got is because your vm is in an availability group. But this is not a requirement of the question. So the right answer is D.
