Maybe be question/answer is just incomplete.

Bcoz after you copy bla.jpg.zip in (1), you have choices only for rest….. bla.bmp,….and bla.mp3… bit tricky!

This question was driving me crazy so I tested in a VM, and yes I was able to copy the .jpg.zip, and I realize there is no actual rule to block .zip files.
The only allowed file type are images, but any other file type can be copied, except audio and videos. That is why .mp3 is the only one that is correct.
It is a very clever question, and tricky too.

Actually your right, both could be correct in this instance as the question is not clear… rest assured in your actual exam this question will be clearer.

This is a tricky question on so many levels !
First, the user and modify rights are misleading, as this applies to everyone, Administrator included.
Second, the Share rule says that No “music, audio and image” files, so .gif,.jpg,.mp3
as Microsoft in his FSRM only detects the extension, so if you are clever enough, you can simply rename your *.mp3 collection to *.zip and FSRM will allow it!
So, you can copy File3.jpg.zip anywhere (c:\Shares or c:\Shares\Share2).
So, answer is :
User1 can copy file3.jpg.zipto c:\Shares
User1 cannot copy file4.mp3to c:\Shares\Share2
Because, there is an exception applied to Share2 (a subfolder of Shares), that only allowsimage files.

It looks at the file extension.
Take a directory: C:\share1
Apply a file screen of Block Audio and Video, Image Files.
Take file.gif and zip it up.
Attempt to move the file.gif. You will be denied access. Move the file.zip. You will be granted access. Rename the file.gif to file.txt.
You will be able to move it into c:\share1.
