What a stupid question, where the terms of the question have chance between the 1st line and the last one ! Customers has 10 drives, but suddenly he realizes he only has 5 !

It is actually not a stupid question. What was not accounted for were the 4 vault drives in encl 0 bus 0. Taking those drives into account leaves 6 which is where the 4+1 R5 group comes in with 1 spare.
