   wrong again… partition is not mandatory…
   for example:
   SELECT *,
   RANK() OVER(ORDER BY columnA) AS RankColumnA
   FROM TABLE_1

   OVER
   Clause that defines the window specification. The OVER clause is mandatory for window functions and differentiates window functions from other SQL functions.
