      calc the P(Y=1|X1=0,X2=0,X3=1), P(Y=1)*P(X1=0|Y=1)*P(X2=0|Y=1)*P(X3=1|Y=1)= 4/54;
      P(Y=0|X1=0,X2=0,X3=1), P(Y=0)*P(X1=0|Y=0)*P(X2=0|Y=0)*P(X3=1|Y=0)= 1/54;
      So Y=1, Probability=4/54 is the answer
