I don’t think any of these answers are correct.
If anything, Answer C should be changed to 192.168.1.100.
That would put it on the same subnet as Host B’s 192.168.1.200

    Subnet Mask: 255.255.254.0 = /23
    Network ID: 192.168.0.0
    First Host: 192.168.0.1
    Last Host: 192.168.1.254
    Broadcast IP: 192.168.1.255
    # of Hosts: 510

Notice our last host is 192.168.1.254?
So answers C & D are in a different subnet whose network ID is 192.168.2.0
