    I believe once the external card is connected. We are assuming that the onboard video card is disabled. Only Choice that makes sense here is C. I know some of these questions don’t make sense. But you must factor out which is the one that makes the most sense.

    It’s not always what makes the most sense, it’s about what should you check first. The A+ is trying to test your knowledge of the OSI or TCP/IP model. The physical layer should always come first.
