I´m not sure at all, from my point of view it is A.
Rule number 2 is the exception for connection to “fwsingapore”, because Rule 3 drops all traffic to “fwsingapore”. But Rule 4 says “any” source can access “WEBsingapore” on http as long as they can authenticate.
Therefore why should rule 2 or 3 inhibit rule 4, it is another destination.
But maybe I´ve tomatoes an my eyes. 😉

to be able to access WEBsingapore you need to authenticate on fwsingapore. But only one who is able to access fwsingapore is WEBsingapore. Stealth rule is blocking all other traffic to fwsingapore.

Во всех дампах на этот вопрос ответ C, но по логике это не так, в чем был прав Ben.
1 Правило запрещает группу сервисов под условным названием NBT.
2 Правило разрешат от WEBsingapore к fwsingapore сервисы ssh и https
3 Правило запрещает все к fwsingapore
Но ни одно из них не блокирует доступ к WEBsingapore.
Значит правильный ответ A.
Если только картинка прилепленная в дампах не является неверной.
