    Key fact: A customer has REACHED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOMAIN IDs in a B-series FC SAN fabric (and needs to integrate their C-series Fiber Channel SAN). Definitely it’s necessary to configure NPV mode on C switches.

    Also, I agree that using fwwn’s on edge switches is not recommended, but there are possible user cases with using fwwn on edge switches (e.g. all hosts on the same edge switches should be in the same separate zones).

    So, My opinion is that answer is definitelly A
