VMFS-6 introduces two new block sizes, referred to as small file block (SFB) and large file block (LFB).

“Now VMFS-6 introduces two new internal block sizes concept for file creation. These are referred to as LFB (Large File Blocks) and SFB (Small File Blocks) and are used to back files on the VMFS-6 volume. This is not to be confused with the VMFS Block Size, which continues to be set to 1MB” https://cormachogan.com/2017/08/16/vmfs-6-large-small-file-blocks/

So, Block Size for VMFS6 datastore is 1MB (as visible also from vCenter).
However, answers in the question speak about small and large block size, which make me think they’re referring to the new enhanced feature of VMFS6/vSphere 6.5 (so what the exam is all about, thing not to forget when picking answers) .. so I’d go for answer D in this case.
