crappy question i could use columnstore for them all . remove the index update the data and reinsert it . that will be much faster

It’s no “crappy question”. The question did NOT say there are already records in the tables. For each scenario, it says “The table WILL CONTAIN…”
So, which index-type is best for each scenario (from the on-set)?!
