    Table with columnstore index cannot be updated, but columnstore index performs quite well on large tables, so the answer is: table 1 – columnstore index, table 2 – nonclustered, table 3 – nonclustered index.

      It’s no “crappy question”. The question did NOT say there are already records in the tables. For each scenario, it says “The table WILL CONTAIN…”

      So, which index-type is best for each scenario (from the on-set)?!
