it looks like the correct option is a RECEIVE CONNECTOR as the requirements clearly says from internet to fabrikam.com and from internet to contoso.com.
if you are still not sure just search for difference between send and receive connectors to understand their function and it will be clear that it has to be a receive connector if the requirement says it’s from internet to the company domain.

I was conflicted at first too but you don’t need a receive connector and I think that is key. You do however need a send connector. So via process of elimination and considering the second clause of C & D, I personally believe it would be A & C.
