To associate a dial plan with MBX:
Set-UMService -Identity MyMailboxServer -DialPlans MySIPDialPlan
To do the same with CAS:
Set-UMCallRouterSettings -DialPlans MySIPDialPlan -Server MyClientAccessServer
So, use Set-UMCallRouterSettings for the CAS servers (Choice A)
and use Set-UMService for MBX servers (choice B)
