A bit of a trick question?
1) Install-WindowsFeature RSAT-ADDS: Server1 is a new 2012 member server and not a DC so you need to install RSAT (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691354(v=exchg.150).aspx)
2) Setup /preparead: I first thought it was to prep the schema as well but, “If you don’t have a separate team that manages your Active Directory schema, you can skip this step and go directly to Step 2. Prepare Active Directory. If the schema isn’t extended in step 1, the commands in step 2 will extend the schema for you. If you decide to skip step 1, the information you need to keep in mind above still applies. ” (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125224(v=exchg.150).aspx). So /preparead will also /prepareschema in the same step.

I mostly agree but i still think prepare schema is the appropriate answer for #2 simply because the training guide for the test states that this is correct order. Hope I don’t get this one wrong!

but I would think if your steps would mean prepare domain is not done, and therefore your solution is incomplete.

The question says prepare the forest so I guess after doing the steps RMA suggests you would then run the /preparedomain.
I’d go with RMA’s answer.
