I agree, but apparently this crazy question has popped up before. Who actually puts the answers to these questions, as there are more than a few wrong answers on this site?
As to this queston, does it come down to how many mouse clicks compared to how many key strokes? Stupid question, which is why many get angry with Microsoft, and others.

I Disagree, you can use to complete the command in Powershell and after typing – it automatically comes with suggested parameters. If you know what to type it is much easier. I would go for A.
