I don’t think “A” is correct. If you only allowed the use of keywords contained in a term set the other terms would not be accessible.

It’s not listed as an option but if the users were to reuse the terms again wouldn’t they do that by pinning them?

    Can someone clarify?

  2. Justin Thompson says:

This one is tricky because it could be done a couple of different ways:

    1. Create a local term set and make it available to the other site collections
This would result in choosing C, “You should consider generating a local term set”, and would make the term set read only to all the consuming site collections where they could pin the term to their term set.

    2. Create a global term set
This would result in choosing D, “You should consider generating a global term set”, which by default is available to all but read only to those who are not Term Store Administrators, Group Managers or Contributors.

Using keywords wouldn’t satisfy the requirements because the users could add or edit the keywords until they were promoted into a term set.

I believe the answer on this would be B and D.
