    Enforcing a GPO means its settings cannot be overridden by a later GPO or blocked by Block Inheritance. Furthermore, it will be applied LAST, to ensure this. More info on this link (with good screenshots):

    So the answer here is correct:
    Site (A3), Domain (A1), OU1 (A5), OU4 (A7) & OU3 (A6)

    Of course, complexities arise when we have multiple enforced policies with conflicting settings. Go forth and experiment.
