If hash cache is 1/16 of physical and 44MB for each 1M files (3*44=132MB), then the only correct answer is D.

using the default settings example, settings, if the client has 4 GB of RAM, the file cache size is 512 MB
maximum (1/8 of 4 GB). However, the file cache will be limited to grow no more than 352 MB in size.
This is the value of the file cache size limit that is immediately under 512 MB. With 4 GB of RAM and
using the default cache size, the hash cache is limited to 192 MB.
for file cache correct answer is 1.5GB only

Agree… 1.5 is correct
3 x 44 = 132
Closest File Cache size would be 176MB
176 / .125 =1408 MB

the question is asking about how much of RAM required for the File cache not how much the total RAM on the client would be,
RAM required for file cache = 3x44MB = 132MB allowed to grow to 176MB
total physical RAM on client = 176/0.125 = 1408MB
This answer is wrong. Closest answer is A.
