    Of the 5 protocols in question, 3 are used for file transfers:
    C- SFTP: Secure File Transfer Protocol his is a TCP protocol that encrypts with Secure Shell (SSH) and is more secure than FTP.
    D- Secure Copy Protocol (SCP) is a secure file-transfer facility based on SSH and Remote Copy Protocol (RCP).
    E- Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP): This is a UDP protocol which allows us to send to multiple clients at once.

    Of the 3 options above, E is not SECURE, so it does not meet the full brief, leaving us with just C & D
