The image / ip addresses do not match the cli output (ip on RTA is on RTC..woops)
The network command in the ospf process is using wildcard 0.0.0.255 not 0.0.0.127…why?
the passive int issue, I get that and that is what makes the question answerable.
but it is aparent that they are making a COUPLE things wrong in the exhibit to mislead your eye / mind away from the question at hand.
