HP iPDU is a key component of HPs Power Discovery Services – which includes automatic power redundancy control and integration with HP System Insight Manager and HP Insight Control. Key features:
Modular architecture – based on PDU core unit with multiple circuit breaker, network connection and extension bars
Density optimised 1U/0U rackmount design – including mounting brackets
Local and remote power monitoring – local power monitoring display and remote power reporting
Remote power outlet control – which could be set up automatically (based on events or/and thresholds)
Integrated Care Pack support – HP Server & Storage Care Pack supports HP PDUs at no additional cost
– Modular PDUs consist of two building blocks the Core Unit (core) and the Extension Bar(s) (sticks). The Core Unit is 1U/0U, and the Extension Bars mount directly to the frame of the rack in multiple locations.
– The HP Modular PDUs allows for consolidation of cords making cord management easy and efficient. All of the HP Modular PDUs offer superior cable management and accessibility.
– Can be installed in any U position in the rack.
